Decoating Inc. is one of the few Job Shop companies in the country capable of Molten Salt casting cleaning. We proudly use the “Kolene #4”electrolytic casting process from Kastech. Trusted in the industry for more than half a century, the Kolene #4 process is considered the best in ferrous surface cleaning. In minutes the cleaning procedure removes imbedded core sand, scale, oxides, graphite and other contaminants.

In addition, our removal process cleans castings and improves machine tool life. An operating temperature of 800 (deg.) F eliminates concern
with part distortion.
